Dr Eb Soufiani
Director

Dr Soufiani is a fully qualified environment engineer and structural engineer; and members of the "Institution of Civil Engineers" practicing in the field of structural engineering, structural surveyor and environment projects such as flood risk assessments. He is also acting as director of the company—"Architectural & Structural Engineers Ltd".
Dr Soufiani's qualifications are; BSc Civil (Structural) Engineer and MSc and PhD in water resources and environment engineering qualified from London University. He has been in the private practice as civil, architectural, structural engineer and environment engineer for over 20 years.Moreover; his experiences are in all aspects of planning, building regulation drawing, flood risk assessment, structural report and structural calculation for steel and ‘brickwork traditional houses’ and ‘non-traditional BISF or concrete panel building’, apartments and commercial buildings with over £1,500,000 “professional indemnity insurance” cover.
Furthermore; he has handled over one thousand residential building projects involving full technical structural calculation reports, change of use, structural-alteration/renovation, foundation design, basement design, loft conversion and rear extension design and over 100 new build houses and apartments. Dr. Soufiani has also been involved as site structural engineer and project manager handling over 20 projects from start to finish. He proudly designs and creates space-saving and open-designs that gives the wow-factor to my clients.
One of the projects that he was directly involved with in design and construction was a reinforced concrete building for BBC Persian service in Kabul — he travelled 3 times to Kabul to manage a bump proof project — 4 floors with disable access and all to British Standard (BS Standard).

Elahe is an experienced and talented designer with design skills capable of creating great design solutions due to her vast knowledge in the residential and commercial sector.
Elahe's ability to work with client's requirements and lead to creative and achievable designs. She is always looking for a new design opportunity.

Outside of work she is a keen photographer and cat enthusiast. Elahe's photographs are featured on charity merchandise to raise funds for International Cat Care.

Sruti Sabhawat
Structural Engineer

Sruti is a Structural engineer who has significant experience working with Revit and producing and completing building regulation drawings and calculations.
​
She is passionate about good design and loves to extend this enthusiasm into helping clients achieve their vision.

Outside of work Sruti loves yoga, cooking, spending time with family and going on evening walks.

Júllia is a Structural Engineer who is passionate about how good structural design can create beautiful homes and buildings for the owners and for the environment around her.

Júllia is responsible for implementing beautiful, detailed and economic designs that help our clients achieve homes that they have always dreamt of, and to help builders construct homes safely and sound that meet building regulations.
​
When she is not working, you will find Júllia watching movies, reading books and taking her beloved four legged friend on long walks.
