Flood Risk Assessment
We specialise in PPS
25 and TAN15 Flood Risk Assessments and all aspects of drainage
design. We have been successful in gaining approval for many sites
with advice on flood mitigation measures, sustainable drainage system,
flood resistance and flood resilience. Where new development is
exceptionally necessary in flood risk areas we can make it safe.
Civil engineers Ltd specialist division comprising of water engineers
are qualified and experienced hydrologist and hydraulic modellers.
This division provides specialist services in the field of Flood

and sea
06- Risk of flooding; taking the climate change into account
07- Any risk of other sources of flooding
08- Chance of flooding in the area - low, moderate or significant
09- The possible damage a flood could do to the proposed development
